Being in the entertainment business since high school, Jeff decided to utilize his entertainment experience and expand PHLI to include a label. Not only is PHLI music, but PHLI is television-PHLI is everything and everywhere Jeff wants it to be. It may seem like Dave Jeff is the big man on the Chicago campus-a campus that is continually growing smaller as Jeff's industry is growing bigger.
